Our Mission


Talentrackr was founded by entrepreneurs with over 20 years of experience in managing recruitment and hiring for small businesses.

We started our company in 2015 and are based in New York City. Our unique solution leverages proprietary Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning processes to offer the only fully automated hiring solution built specifically just for small businesses today.

At the 2015 NJ Tech Council Venture Conference, Talentrackr won "Most Likely to Succeed Award" competing against a large field of start-ups. We also were awarded the Best HR Software for SME's by Silicon Daily Magazine in August 2015.

Since our sole focus is on providing an all-in-one hiring platform for small business owners, Talentrackr is an easy to use cloud-based application that automatically performs the work you would expect to receive from a dedicated experienced full-time recruiter at a fraction of the cost.

Talentrackr automates and optimizes the hiring process for small business owners and their team members, providing them more time to focus on what they do best - Run & Grow their Business.

paul Paul Silverstein President & Founder Paul Silverstein is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of global experience building and growing technology firms.  Prior to founding Talentrackr, he was a senior executive managing a conglomerate of recruitment consultancies headquartered in NYC for five years. Evan Davis CTO & Founder Evan Davis is the principal architect of Talentrackr and oversees all aspects of product design with a focus on applying Machine Learning for talent acquisition. He has extensive experience with modern Natural Language Processing and Information Retrieval techniques, advanced Deep Learning architectures, and he has a particular interest in unsupervised generative and recurrent models. stuart Stuart Agtsteribbe Chief Product & Strategy Officer Stuart Agtsteribbe is a Human Capital Management technology and strategy expert with over 15 years of experience in designing, delivering and advising organizations upon how to obtain maximum business value from their investments in recruiting, development and overall talent management. He previously led the Solution Provider team at Deloitte’s Bersin research unit.
